Gently unscrew the knot to be replaced while holding the shaving brush handle firmly, then screw the new knot into place until correctly positioned, without forcing the mechanism.

Before shaving, thoroughly wet the knot with warm water, then work your shaving soap or cream into a rich, creamy lather using circular motions.

Apply the lather evenly to damp skin using circular motions to help lift beard hair, distribute the lather evenly and prepare the skin for shaving.
