CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or customs clearance fees may be charged upon delivery, depending on the regulations in the destination country.

Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or the shipping fees charged by Plisson.

The amount and payment terms of these fees are determined by the customs authorities and/or the carrier in the destination country. We recommend checking whether any additional fees may apply in your country before placing an order.

Shipping your parcel

The standard shipping method is Colissimo with signature or DPD. Once shipped, the usual delivery time is 48 hours for France and 72 hours for Europe. As soon as possible, we provide an online tracking link for your parcel delivery. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage fees. We recommend combining your purchases into a single order.

We also offer delivery via Chronopost, for delivery within 24 hours once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
