For an optimal shave, thoroughly wet the shaving brush with warm water, ideally after a shower when warmth and moisture have helped soften the beard hair and prepare the skin.

Work your shaving soap or cream into a rich, creamy lather using circular motions.

Apply the lather evenly to damp skin using circular motions. The shaving brush helps lift the beard hair, distribute the lather evenly and gently prepare the skin for shaving.

After each use, rinse the shaving brush knot thoroughly with warm water to remove any remaining soap or shaving cream. Avoid excessively hot water.

Gently shake off excess water without pulling on the fibres, then lightly dry the knot on a bath towel. Place the shaving brush on a suitable stand with the knot facing downwards to encourage proper drying and preserve its qualities over time.

Gently wipe the handle after use with a soft, dry cloth to preserve the lustre of its Palladium finish. Avoid abrasive or aggressive products that may damage the finish.
