This elegant set includes:

• A "High Mountain White" Fibre shaving brush, also with a lacquered handle and fitted with our finest knot. With a screw-off size 12 (standard) knot, it is ideal for daily use. Soft and supple, the synthetic fibre is particularly suited to sensitive skin, for an effective, comfortable and gentle shave.
• A magnificent solid brass stand with a chrome finish, designed to elegantly display the matching razor and shaving brush.

For the best results, shave in the morning, ideally after a shower. Heat and moisture soften the beard and prepare the skin for the blade.

Prepare your shaving lather with a brush by working up your shaving soap or cream. This step hydrates and lifts the hair while protecting the skin from irritation.

Apply the lather to your damp face in circular motions, then shave with the grain, limiting the number of passes. For a second pass, apply lather again and shave against the grain, as your comfort allows.

After shaving, rinse your face with cool water, then apply an after-shave balm to soothe and rehydrate the skin.

The longevity of your shaving brush depends on how it is cared for. We recommend rinsing the hair of your brush thoroughly after each use to remove any soap or cream residue and preserve its qualities for as long as possible. Gently squeeze the hair between your fingers to remove excess water, then lightly rub it on a bath towel. Finally, store your brush head down on a suitable stand to help it dry properly.

After each use, clean your razor in hot water to remove hair and other residue, limiting the growth of bacteria on the blades. A well-maintained blade stays sharp and effective for longer, for a comfortable shave every day. Check the condition of your razor blade regularly and replace it when worn.
