Bubinga Wood Shaving Set - Mach3

The set includes a Mach3 razor, a size 12 shaving brush and a matching stand. The shaving brush is available with two knot options: natural Russian Grey or High Mountain White Fibre.

Russian Grey is a firm and resilient natural hair, appreciated for its stimulating action. It helps lift the beard hair effectively and work the lather before shaving. High Mountain White Fibre is softer and more flexible, providing a particularly gentle synthetic alternative while helping create a rich, creamy lather. Plisson likewise distinguishes Russian Grey for its more stimulating feel and synthetic fibres for their greater softness.

The razor echoes the varnished Bubinga Wood of the shaving brush, creating a harmonious set. Fitted with a Gillette Mach3 head, it provides a simple and comfortable shave for everyday use.

The stand keeps both accessories together while holding the shaving brush with the knot facing downwards to encourage proper drying between uses.

For an optimal shave, we recommend shaving in the morning, ideally after a shower. Warmth and moisture help soften the beard hair and prepare the skin for the razor.

Work your shaving soap or cream into a rich lather using the shaving brush. Apply the lather to damp skin using circular motions to help lift the beard hair and prepare the skin for shaving.

Shave in the direction of hair growth while limiting the number of passes. Once finished, rinse your face with cool water and apply your usual aftershave care.

To preserve the quality of your razor, rinse the head thoroughly with warm water after each use to remove hair and shaving product residue. Regularly check the condition of the blade and replace it as soon as it shows signs of wear.

After use, rinse the shaving brush knot thoroughly with warm water, gently shake off excess water, then place the brush back on its stand with the knot facing downwards. Avoid leaving the wooden handle in a damp environment to help preserve its finish over time.
