Macassar Ebony Shaving Brush "High Mountain White" Gold Finish

The "High Mountain White" hair stands out for its exceptional rarity. It is untrimmed and retains its natural tip, called the “flower”, which gives it incomparable softness. This premium hair is especially recommended for sensitive skin and for enthusiasts of natural hair brushes.

This brush is made from genuine Macassar ebony wood, a precious wood with intense and nuanced tones. Both elegant and lightweight, this wood offers a pleasant, reliable, and balanced grip. The handle is carefully varnished for optimal moisture resistance.

This model is entirely made in France and hand-assembled in our workshops. It is offered in size 12, our standard format, perfectly suited for daily use.

1/ With shaving soap: Your face should be pre-wetted (ideally after a shower). Quickly run your brush under warm water and lather the soap inside the bowl (without crushing the bristles) until you obtain a thick and creamy foam. Apply to the face in circular motions for one or two minutes, enough time to soften and properly lift the beard hairs.

2/ With shaving cream: Once your face is prepared and the brush dampened with warm water, place a small amount of cream on top of the brush and lather the face for one to two minutes as described above. Some users prefer to apply a small amount of cream directly from the tube to each cheek, then emulsify it with the brush.

To preserve the qualities of your shaving brush for many years, we recommend rinsing it thoroughly after each use to remove all traces of cream or soap and properly draining it. Then, gently rub it on a bath towel before storing it bristle-side down on a suitable stand.
